Anderson Ruysam is the Managing Director of Ruysam Group. Over the past 25 years, he has advised Fortune 500 and Fortune 2000 institutions — including CIBC, Scotiabank, and a $21B global insurance group — on cybersecurity, risk, and governance, including direct work on the risk and compliance dimensions of institutional M&A.
His career has taken him from Brazil to Canada to the United States, founding CyberZeon Technology Group in 2010 and building it into an operation spanning three countries. A CISSP and CRISC-certified risk professional and published author on identity governance, Anderson brings the same rigor to acquiring and operating businesses that he's brought to protecting billion-dollar balance sheets — reinforced by 16+ years of hands-on multifamily real estate ownership with his wife Sandra, including a $2M+ portfolio and capital renovation projects exceeding $1M.
